1) While clicking matching tiles make sure the tile is free from its left or right (i.e. there is no tile beside it.)
2) The tiles should be exactly identical i.e. 6 of cracks matches with 6 of cracks.
3) Except with flowers and season the tiles can be from the same family. i.e. a summer tile with a spring tile.
